Instructions
Our instructions manuals are generally only provided in printed form, not as a PDF or other filetype to be sent by e-mail or saved on a disc. If ordered separately, after receipt of payment, the instructions are sent in an envelope via Deutsche Post. The shipping costs look like this:

Kits and books
After receipt of payment, we deliver to (almost) every corner of this globe. Goods are shipped by MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.). Each parcel is insured up to the value of €520 and delivered to the address supplied with your order. The duration varies from country to country, depending on the distance. For example, MBE allows 2 to 4 working days for Europe, and up to 7 working days outside Europe.
As an alternative, we also offer shipping via DHL. This is a bit cheaper, but it usually also takes longer for international shipping. Parcels are insured up to the value of €500.

These rates are inclusive of 19% VAT.
*Switzerland: besides the import costs (such as taxes and customs fees) to be paid upon receipt of the parcel, a surcharge is required for deliveries to so-called “extended areas”. We can determine the amount of this surcharge by consulting Mail Boxes Etc. upon request.
The German islands include Hiddensee, Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß, Oland, Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Borkum, Neuwerk, Heligoland and Chiemsee.
EU zone 1 includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Also the following postcode areas in Poland fall within this category: 56200–56299, 60000–62099, 62200–62239, 62241–62399, 63000–63199, 63705–63706, 63740, 63743, 63800–64699, 65000–97199, 67300–67499, 68100–68399, 69100–69299, 70000–74499.
EU zone 2 includes the following countries: Croatia, Finland, France (incl. Monaco), Italy, Poland (except the postcodes mentioned above), Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
EU zone 3 includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania.
EU zone 4 includes the following countries: Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland and Portugal.
EU zone 5 includes the following countries: Malta and Cyprus.
If shipping is requested for countries outside the European Union, other fees or costs (such as customs fees) may be incurred. We do not include such charges on our invoices as they are payable directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please check with them for more information.
Items in stock are normally shipped within 2 working days. Items not in stock can take up to four weeks, occasionally a little longer.
