This set contains the original LEGO® bricks for a model of the Snecma Atar jet engine of the Dassault Mirage IIIO. Instructions not included. You can find them in Peter Blackert‘s book How to Build Brick Airplanes.

Description
When it came to developing jet engines, the French were much slower to get a move on than the competition, but with the Atar, the manufacturer Snecma was on the right track in the early 1950s. Mach 2.2 could finally be reached with the Atar 09B. Its successor, the Atar 09C with afterburner, was allowed to power the Dassault Mirage. This fighter plane, the Dassault Mirage IIIO version, is available from us.
