The model of the mini test car in minifigure size is a LEGO® MOC (my own creation) by Ralf J. Klumb and available exclusively from The Brickworms.
This set contains the original LEGO® bricks for a model of the mini test car including instructions.

Description
LEGO first released the Technic ‘Test Car’ kit no. 8865 in 1988, followed by the ‘Super Car’ six years later. It’s amazing what the Danish company managed to put together as groundbreaking models back then. The instructions had it all. 24 steps for 900 pieces – hats off to anyone who managed that the first time!
Our designer, Ralf, was inspired to build a mini version of the LEGO Test Car as well as its successor, the Super Car. Both are now available in our range and not quite as difficult to assemble, we promise.
