Tesla Cybertruck – kit from LEGO® bricks

A revolution on four wheels is what the “Cybertruck” pickup from Tesla can be confidently called. Its futuristic appearance is fascinating to some; others are thrilled that it’s a really fast electric vehicle with remarkable range. And still others have already pre-ordered a copy to be on the safe side, even though production is only set to start in 2023.

Electric car manufacturer Tesla is said to have received over 250,000 Cybertruck orders within a few weeks. The deposit is only $100; you can worry about the remaining 40,000 bucks (currently around €36,000 for the basic version) later.

The avant-garde vehicle apparently comes across well, above all in the US, where pickups are traditionally popular. In addition to the battery range of 250 to 500 miles, its corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant chassis is convincing. The Tesla Cybertruck can go from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and thus accelerate faster than a Porsche 911.

Designer Peter Blackert presented an initial model made of LEGO® bricks just one day after the prototype was presented. The complete version of the model, available exclusively from us, has a ground clearance that can be adjusted independently at the front and rear. In addition, each wheel has individual suspension. As with the prototype, the model also features a frunk (front boot), a compartment under the rear loading area, four doors and a replica marble dashboard. The backrests on the front seats are moveable, as are the centre armrests at the front and rear.

Supplied in the complete kit are new, original LEGO® bricks required for the truck, the quad and the figure, as well as detailed instructions.

The slimmed down version of this kit remains unchanged on the outside, but it comes without the quad, figure and rear loading ramp as well as the height adjustable suspension.
